Everyone of us is unique, especially when it comes to nutrition and my personalised “body index” calculator and nutritional ebook will ensure you are as successful in the kitchen as you are in the gym. Within 60 seconds you will have your individual calorie and macronutrient (proteins, fats and carbohydrates) requirements based on your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) to support your health and fitness goals; all scientifically based on your gender, age, height and weight. Even better, you can return to the calculator throughout your 12 month membership to reassess your nutritional requirements, as well as repeat the BODY IN 8 virtual personal training sessions to stay on track.

Unlike other online health and fitness coaches, I like to focus on what I believe is the most important part of Personal Training, the personal part and that is why all direct correspondence via social media or email are with myself. I believe in myself and BODY IN 8 as much as my clients believe in me and therefore it is important that I am an integral part of each and every clients health and fitness journey, offering my support as and when it's needed.
