As a PT I spend my life motivating and encouraging others to hit their goals that I was finding it so hard to motivate myself, follow a plan and more importantly find the time to go to the gym..I was in the worst shape I had been in for a while and really burnt myself out. I personally am not and never have been a fan of tracking macros to the final number. I love food way too much and think life is way too short to be carrying tupperware around everywhere and weighing chicken BUT since qualifying in advanced sports nutrition and creating bespoke nutrition plans for other people, I wanted to try it myself and set myself the challenge of switching macro counting up a little bit and making it more exciting than chicken and broccoli. I have fallen in love with training again and having a goal. I’ve made more time for myself and am back in the gym with a purpose. I am an avid believer with all my clients of taking it slowly and making lifestyle changes – not “holiday” changes. There is no quick fix that is long lasting. It takes a long time and hard work to achieve the body most of you desire. Callum’s bespoke programme, although only 8 weeks long sets you up for exactly this. It isn’t about quick HIIT fixes, low calories or quick gym sessions like most of the current guides out there at the moment. This is not that – it’s for those that love the gym or want to learn how to use the gym properly.. Looking forward to seeing what the next four weeks brings!”
