    Top class book, great tips, advice and recipes! Gives you absolutely all that you need to know to have a successful diet! It helped me greatly in understanding what I should eat, and when I should eat it! 100% worth it!

    This book educates you on what food your body needs and teaches you about nutrients and macronutrients. Often people try to push fad diets on you or unrealistic portion control, but I’ve found myself feeding myself what my body needs to get the best out of the gym and also closer to my goals in a healthy and manageable way. I really enjoyed this book and know others will do too.
