    I have only been following callums plan for 4 weeks so far but it has completely changed how I look at exercise and nutrition! I have lost over half a stone and 14 inches! I have seen better results in the last 4 weeks than I did with 12 weeks with a personal trainer. This is a must buy!

    I’ve just done a few weeks of Callum’s Body in 8 and already I’ve seen more of a difference than I have done in the last few months of me working out before I started his plan and followed his nutrition guide. There are a lot of bogus plans out there which give you false promises, but what Callum does which nobody else seems to do, is actually educate yourself and makes you think about the weights you pick up, the food you eat, and what you want to achieve, so in time you can work it out for yourself. He gives you a step by step 8 week plan which changes every week. Some exercises are repeated but either with different sets or paired up with other sets, different weights etc and genuinely keeps you engaged and wanting to up your game each week. My mindset is healthier and I’m now naturally wanting to go to the gym rather than making myself go. This plan is so good and I dare you to try it 😉 you won’t be disappointed!
